Funimation and IGN have announced that the Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles video game is headed to the west for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC. The game will include both Japanese and English voice tracks with both casts from the anime lending their talents to the game. Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles will also include both Japanese and English subtitles, as well as French, German, Italian, and Spanish.
The news was confirmed by SEGA Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles in Western regions on October 15th, one day after the previously announced Japanese release.
The highly anticipated game includes a story mode that allows players to experience the events of the anime television series, as well as the recent hit film. It also includes a versus mode that allows gamers battle other players and play as characters from the series.
Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles arrives October 15th for $59.99, with a $69.99 Digital Deluxe version also available. The Digital Deluxe version gives players access to the game two days early on October 13, as well as 13 avatars featuring characters from the series.
