Are you a fan of the manga Cells At Work!? Well, we have some exciting news for you!

On Tuesday, the fifth issue of Kodansha's Evening magazine for this year revealed that Y Maeda will launch a new manga spinoff of Akane Shimizu's Cells at Work! manga on Thursday. The title of the new manga will be Hataraku Saib Muscle (Cells at Work! Muscle), and it will be published on the website for Kodansha's Morning two manga. On February 28, the sixth and last edition of Evening will also feature the publication of the first chapter of the manga.

The first chapter of the original Cells at Work! manga was published by Shimizu in the March 2015 edition of Kodansha's Monthly Shonen Sirius magazine. Shimizu brought the series to a close in the January 2021 issue of the same magazine. The English version of the manga is being published by Kodansha USA Publishing.

In July of 2018, the first episode of the television anime based on the original manga was broadcast. The second season made its debut in January 2021, along with the launch of the anime adaptation of Cells at Work! Spinoff manga based on Code Black.

In addition to that, Kodansha USA Publishing is going to publish the following spinoff manga in English: Bacteria!, Cells at Work!, Cells at Work!: Neobacteria!, Hard at Work in the Cells! The White Brigade, Get to Work on the Cells! Baby, the Cells are Working, the Cells are NOT Working! Code Black, Cells at Work and Friends!, and Cells at Work: Platelets! are the three episodes that make up this episode.

Hataraku Saib Lady (also known as Cells at Work! Lady), which was created by Akari Otokawa and Shigemitsu Harada, was the most recent Cells at Work! spinoff manga to come to an end in September of 2022. The manga was mostly concerned with the physiological processes that occur in adult women, such as menstruation, pregnancy, and childbirth. Harada is the author of both the original Cells at Work! manga as well as the offshoot series Cells at Work! Code Black, which ran until January 2021.
