It is official! On July 12, the fantasy rom-com anime Saint Cecilia and Pastor Lawrence will launch into the Summer 2023 season. Today also saw the release of a brand-new trailer, giving us a sneak peek at what is to come and brand-new information on the cast and theme songs!
Sasanomaly (The Case Study of Vanitas OP) sings "Tokoshie Star" ("Eternal Star") as the anime's closing theme, while ClariS (Lycoris Recoil OP) joins her with "Koisekai" ("World of Love") as the opening theme, as seen in the trailer below.
With the fresh additions of Reina Ueda (Lemon in Mashle: Magic and Muscles) as Frederica and Tomoaki Maeno (Kinro in Dr. Stone) as Gieselbert check out the list of the other previously annoucned main cast members below:

Saint Cecilia and Pastor Lawrence, based on the 4-koma manga by Hazano Kazutake, is being directed by Sumie Noro (assistant director of Sleepy Princess in the Demon Castle), with series composition by Yuka Yamada (Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid), and character designs by Hiromi Nakagawa (WATATEN! : an Angel Flew Down to Me).
Kodansha USA, which publishes the Saint Cecilia and Pastor Lawrence manga's official English version, describes the series as such:
Saint Cecilia is beloved by the townspeople—not only is she elegant and composed, she benevolently shares her wisdom with all who seek it. That is, until the last person has left—at which point she becomes totally hopeless! Only Pastor Lawrence, is keeping the Saint put together enough to do her duties...and though she may test him, it's all in a day's work!
