In an interview with Yui Ushikawa, who is playing Elise de Clarens and sings the opening theme song believer for the anime, said the following about her experience so far:
Now, I have decided to sing the OP as Elise! It's my first time being in charge of the OP alone, so I'm feeling very nervous right now. The opening song "believer" is a song that makes you feel positive, like Elise who keeps trying without giving up. I would be happy if you could look forward to it along with the main anime!
In the same interview, Maju Arai, who performs the closing theme song Listen, said the following:
After reading the original work, I decided to write this based on the direct feeling of "hoping for happiness'' that I felt in common with all the characters. As the title "Listen" suggests, it is a song that makes you want to listen to your loved ones and your own heart. I'm happy to be able to come across such wonderful songs again! And I am grateful for the miracle of being able to deliver such important songs to everyone. thank you. Please look forward to it along with the anime.
Additional cast members in the series include Yohei Azagami as Linden de Romanoff and Yoshimasa Hosoya as Graham de Fallon.
