New details were released for upcoming TV anime Dekoboko Majo no Oyako Jijou!
The official website and social media pages for the upcoming Dekoboko Majo no Oyako Jijou TV anime have been updated with a new teaser and key visual as part of an announcement that the series will debut this October!
Along with the announcement of the premiere, new cast members have also been revealed. Takaya Hashi will play the part of Phoenix, a familiar summoned by Viola, while Nana Mizuki will play the role of Viola. Kana Hanazawa will join the series as the narrator in addition to the already announced Aoi Koga in the character of Viola's'mother' Alyssa. Romi Park will play the part of Lila, a tool-making blacksmith, in the series.
Since July 2018, Dekoboko Majo no Oyako Jijou has been running as a serial in COMIC Meteor. The story centers on Alyssa, a solitary witch who discovers an abandoned human infant in the woods and decides to nurture her and name her Viola. After a period of sixteen years, Viola's growth as her daughter is not at all what she anticipated it would be.

The staff for the anime has been confirmed to include Masahiro Takata as the series director, series composition by Gyro Knuckle, character design by Miwa Yoshida, prop and weapon designs by Risa Arai, color design by Risa Nakamura, art direction by Masaaki Kawaguchi, sound production and effects by Saber Links, sound direction by series director Masahiro Takata, music by myu, and animation production by studio A-Real.
