Yuna, the ever-adorable main character of the Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear TV anime, possesses a wide range of extraordinary abilities, one of which is supposedly singing. The character, who is voiced by Maki Kawase, will once again demonstrate the spectrum of her vocal abilities by singing the closing theme song "Zutto" for the second season of the show, just as she did for the first season!
The below image is the cover for the single “Zutto,” which is set to release in Japan on April 19. You won't want to miss out!
Kawase said:
"I'm really happy to be in charge of singing the ED as Yuna, continuing from the first season. This time's 'always' is 'getting closer to adults while facing a headwind.' It's a sad song, but it's a song that makes you think, 'I can do my best because you're here,' and move forward.
"I'm not alone, so the world is expanding. I want to keep running on the same path with Yuna and everyone who listens. As Yuna, who acts with the desire to protect her loved ones, I sang with various thanks. It is a song that runs powerfully toward the second half. I would like you to enjoy it in full size."
All are returning staff from the first season that aired in Fall 2020 and is streaming on Crunchyroll!
Not familiar with the anime? Crunchyroll describes the storyline:
Yuna's not your typical 15-year-old. First, she's crazy rich from playing the stock market. Second, she's a recluse obsessed with a VRMMO game, and she's really good at that too. Her life is pretty much perfect—until she wakes up one day inside the game she loves and back at level one. She has to start over, but this time, she has a powerful bear suit that's guaranteed to take her places!
Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear is helmed by Hisashi Ishii (I'm Leaving Heroing), who serves as the film's principal director, and Yu Nobuta (The Faraway Paladin), who serves as the film's director at studio EMT Squared. Yuki Nakano (A Destructive God Sits Next to Me) is sketching the character designs, and Shigeo Komori (From the New World) is composing the soundtrack. The series will be written by Takashi Aoshima (Beast Tamer), and Shigeo Komori (From the New World) is creating the music.
