The much anticipated third season of Mob Psycho 100 premieres October 5, 2022 as part of Crunchyroll's powerhouse Fall 2022 Season roster.
Mob Psycho 100 is based on a Japanese manga series starring Shigeo Kageyama, also known as Mob. He is an average school aged child and despite his unassuming appearance, he is a formidable esper with great psychic power. To avoid losing control of this strength, he continually lives under emotional restraint. Mob works as an assistant to con-man Reigen Arataka, a self-proclaimed spirit medium, to learn how to control his skills. Mob wishes to live a normal life like those around him, but a barrage of problems follows him. With his suppressed emotions gradually increasing inside Mob, his strength threatens to overflow as he ultimately encounters other espers like the Claws.
In this season, in order to save The Claw's master, Suzuki, Mob absorbed all of the energy and forced a massive broccoli to sprout within the city. The Psycho Helmet Religion now reveres the broccoli as a divine tree, and this terrible tree gradually enchants the entire city. Mob must now work with Reigen, Ritsu, and Teru to find a means to cut down this sacred tree, but will they be successful?
