Studio OLM's Komi Can't Communicate (Komi-san wa, Komyushō Desu.) TV anime adaptation has revealed that the fan favorite series will be back for a second season this April. You can check out the announcement trailers below.
The Netflix anime broke a frustrating trend from the streaming giant, where anime series would air new episodes weekly in Japan but international Netflix subscribers would be forced to wait months for the series' conclusion, wherein Netflix would dump all episodes at once for binge watching.
Still, new episodes were released first in Japan, followed by a two-week delay before episodes would be released to the rest of the world. As such, the 12th and final episode of the first season has already aired in Japan while North American Netflix subscribers are currently on episode 10.
Komi Can't Communicate is an ongoing shonen manga series from Tomohito Oda, published in Shogakukan's Weekly Shōnen Sunday since May 2016. To date, 23 volumes of the series have been released- sixteen of which have been translated and released in English by Viz Media.
