The opening theme for the TV anime Shadowverse Flame: Seven Shadows Arc, "Tomoshibi" (light), by the four-person Japanese rock group Half time Old, was released as a digital single on July 8. The band then uploaded a music video for the song to their official YouTube channel.

Get to know the artist, Half time Old:

Half time Old was founded in 2011, and in August 2021, they had their major debut with their first significant digital song, "Assessments," from Universal Music Artists/ZEN MUSIC. Following their previous second single song "Gyoukou," which served as the opening theme for the 2022 TV anime Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer, "Tomoshibi" is their second anime theme song composition.

As the anime's opening theme song, "Tomoshibi" was freshly written with the concept "friendship nurtured with friends." In their hometown of Nagoya, the song video was shot.
