The Me & Roboco TV anime series revealed this week that it will be adapted into an anime movie for the big screen in the winter of 2024 after airing its final episode. Roboco appears to be set to be transported to a world with green skies in the first "super teaser visual" that the show posted tonight.
The anime is being directed by Akitaro Daichi (Tonkatsu DJ Agetaro) at studio Gallop (Initial D, Kodocha). The series composition writer Sayuro Ooba (FIRST LOVE MONSTER), the character designer Yuko Ebara (animation director for Delicious Party Pretty Cure), and the assistant director Michihiro Sato are other essential personnel.

Since July 2020, the Me & Roboco manga has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump. The English translation of the manga is published by VIZ Media.
