Vivy: Flourite Eye's Song, the upcoming anime series from Wit Studio, is set to begin streaming next month! The series will kick off via simulcast with two episodes on April 3rd and will stream exclusively through Funimation in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, United Kingdom and Ireland. It will stream on AnimeLab in Australia and New Zealand and viewers in France, Germany, Russia and Scandanavia will be able to watch using Wakanim.
Written by Tappei Nagatsuki and Eiji Umehara, Vivy: Flourite Eye's Song is a new anime television series produced by Aniplex and animated by Wit Studios (Attack on Titan, Vinland Saga). The series is directed by Shinpei Ezaki, with Yūsuke Kubo as assistant director. Character design was handled by loundraw and Yūichi Takahashi adapting them for animation.
The opening theme song, "Sing My Pleasure," is performed by Kairi Yagi, who will also be the voice actor behind the titular character.
An AI named Matsumoto appears before Vivy, the world’s first autonomous humanoid AI. Matsumoto’s mission is to rewrite history together with Vivy, in order to stop the war between AI and humans that will happen one century later.
