DEEMO MEMORIAL KEYS Officially Releases U.S. Theater Dates!

The video game based film Deemo Memorial Keys just announced their United States premiere dates, only releasing to select theaters!

The new English dub anime film DEEMO may be coming to a theater near you! Eleven Arts studio made an announcement Tuesay that they would begin screening the English dub for DEEMO Memorial Keys in select theaters throughout the United States starting February 2nd.

The film released in its original formatting exclusively in Japan on February 25th, 2022. The film is based off of the rhythmic music video game that was originally released back in 2013. The idea of the game is to click on falling notes as they passed a line on the bottom of the players screens, mimicking the concept of playing a piano. The players score is then calculated based off of their performance's accuracy and energy while playing, with a variety of skill levels to choose from on a scale of 1 to 12. The game featured instrumental and vocal music to play along with. The game was released to iOS and Android mobile platforms, as well as Playstation.

The score-based music game follows a lost main character, named Alice, who is accompanied by a mysterious black being named Deemo who plays piano. It follows them through their adventures while trying to get Alice back to her real home. All of the adventures revolve around some sort of piano playing.

Eleven Arts describes DEEMO Memorial Keys:

Alone in a castle, a figure plays a piano… Deemo
One day, a girl falls from the sky
A castle littered with mysterious inhabitants
A sacred tree growing by the melody of piano
A girl with no memory and Deemo
A gentle story that will touch your heart.
