Funimation has announced that Selection Project has joined their upcoming Fall 2021 anime season lineup.
The anime from KADOKAWA and studio Doga Kobo (Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun, Sleep Princess in the Demon Castle) follows nine girls as they compete in the 7th Annual "Selection Project" to puruse their dreams and ultimately become idols.
Selection Project is directed by Daisuke Hiramaki (Asteroid in Love) and stars Saku Mizuno as Rena Hananoi, Hinaki Yano as Suzune Miyama, Ruri Arai as Nagisa Imau, Mizuna Shirakawa as Uta Koizumi, Miharu Hanai as Shiori Yamaga, Shino Shimoji as Mako Toma and Hina Yomiya as Nodoka Yagi.
