Second GODZILLA: RESURGENCE Trailer Hits

A second trailer for TOHO's Godzilla: Resurgence has hit the web. See the King of all Kaiju's begin his attack on Japan in this reimagining of the original 1954 film. Hopefully box office success leads to a sequel!

If this reboot proves successful, it's likely we'll see Godzilla return for a sequel where he faces another kaiju instead of a panicked Japanese military.   Lets hope that's the case as the reigning champion of Monster Island appears unfazed by all the bullets and missles being thrown at him.  I'd love to see what a redesigned Mechagodzilla, Mothra or Rodan would look like.

Hideaki Anno (Neon Genesis Evangelion) wrote and co-directed the film with Shinji Higuchi (Attack on Titan), which reboots the Godzilla franchise for a modern take on Big G's first attack on Japan.  The film stars Hiroki Hasegawa, Yutaka Takenouchi, Satomi Ishihara, Rando Yaguchi and Ren Osugi.
