Beginning on Saturday, October 1 at Midnight ET/PT, new episodes of the four-part series Housing Complex C will premiere as part of Adult Swim's iconic anime block Toonami. The following day, fresh episodes of the series will also premiere on HBO Max.
Adult Swim's soon-to-be-released original animation features a cast of English voice actors that is led by Xanthe Huynh as Kimi, Kayli Mills, and Jake Eberle. The English dub cast for Housing Complex C features a number of other well-known voice actors from the fields of anime and video games, such as Sean Chiplock, Suzie Yeung, Doug Stone, Michael Sorich, Caitlin Glass, Janis Carroll, Bob Carter, and Ryan Colt Levy. Other members of the cast include Ryan Colt Levy.
The story of Housing Complex C revolves around Kimi, a resident of a small and modest housing complex located in the tranquil seaside community of Kurosaki. But it seems that misfortune will follow Kimi wherever she goes, and soon, terrible things begin to transpire... Is there a long-lost evil that preys on the people who live in Housing Complex C?
Yuji Nara is in charge of directing this half-hour series, and amphibian is responsible for both the story and the original concept. Akatsuki is the name of the animation studio. Maki Terashima-Furuta is in charge of producing Housing Complex C, while Jason DeMarco of Warner Bros. Discovery serves as the show's executive producer (Production IG USA).
Ivan Kwong / AG is responsible for the performance of the opening theme, while De Tesla is charged with the performance of the closing theme.
Toonami recently celebrated 25 years on the air and continues to be a pioneer in the space of anime by featuring action programming and English language anime premieres, in addition to co-producing original anime productions. Recently, Toonami celebrated its anniversary by airing original productions of anime.
The anime series will also be broadcast on Adult Swim Canada.
