Start the clock, Megumin fans! The official release date for the anime adaptation of the KONOSUBA: An Explosion on This Beautiful World! spin-off light book series is slated for April 5, and in the meantime, we have a brand-new trailer for fans to enjoy!

Rie Takahashi (Megumin) and Aki Toyosaki (Yunyun), who will play their characters from the series in the anime, perform "JUMP IN" as their characters for the closing theme, along with Machico, who provided the music for both seasons of the main series.
Yen Press, which publishes the light novels' official English version, describes the series as such:

KONOSUBA: An Explosion on This Wonderful World! is based on the Natsume Akatsuki and Masahito Watari light novels, and is being directed by Yujiro Abe (episode director of Kaguya-sama: Love is War), at studio Drive (VLAD LOVE), under the supervision of Takaomi Kanasaki, the main series director. Makoto Uezu, the series composer, and Koichi Kikut
A third season of the main series is also currently in production at studio Drive.
