We got our first look at Star Wars: Visions last month, and Lucasfilm and has just released the first full-length trailer for the upcoming anime anthology today!
The upcoming anime anthology series will be available via Disney's Disney+ streaming service next month, beginning September 22, 2021. The new anime series will consist of nine short anime films that highlight new characters and locations from the popular Star Wars universe. Many of the top anime studios will be working on the project, including Production I.G (Attack on Titan, Ghost in the Shell, Psycho-Pass), Trigger (Darling in the Franxx, Kill la Kill), and Science SARU (Devilman: Crybaby).
The English voice cast was recently revealed, and it includes the likes of Henry Golding, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Lucy Liu, Temuera Morrison, Neil Patrick Harris, Alison Brie, Simu Liu, David Harbour, and Karen Fukahara.

The episode list, as well as the anime studios responsible for them, are:
- "The Duel" - Kamikaze Douga
- "Lop and Ochō" - Geno Studio (Twin Engine)
- "Tatooine Rhapsody" - Studio Colorido (Twin Engine)
- "The Twins" - Trigger
- "The Elder" - Trigger
- "The Village Bride" - Kinema Citrus
- "Akakiri" - Science Saru
- "T0-B1" - Science Saru
- "The Ninth Jedi" - Production IG
Needless to say, especially if you watched the trailer above, Star Wars: Visions will bring to gether multiple anime styles and genres, along with new stories and characters from a galaxy far, far away.
