The twelfth episode of the supernatural anime The Case Study of Vanitas aired last week in Japan and fans are curious what's going to happen next with the popular anime series!

According to a new tweet from the anime's official Twitter account, Part 2 of The Case Study of Vanitas will begin airing in the Winter of 2022!

They have also announced that Rie Kugimiya from Fairy Tail has joined the voice cast as Chloé.

The Case Study of Vanitas anime series is based upon the manga of the same name by Jun Mochizuki, the creator of Pandora Hearts. the anime is directed by Tomoyuki Itamura at studio Bones, the same studio behind My Hero Academia.

Mochizuki borth wrote and illustrated the manga, which oringally appeared in Square Enix's shōnen manga magazine Monthly Gangan Joker in December of 2015. The story takes place in 19th century steam-punked Paris, which also happens to contain vampires.

The Case Study of Vanitas is currently streaming in both subbed and dubbed formats through Funimation's official stream app and service.
