The Reaper's Game is coming next month (April) as part of Funimation's Spring 2021 anime lineup and they've released the second trailer for the anime adaptation of The World Ends with You! The series will be available beginning next month through Funimation's streaming app and service (click here to subscribe!).

I've also included the first The World Ends with You The Animation trailer below, just in case you missed it when it hit back in July!

The World Ends with You: The Animation is a new anime series adaptation of Square Enix The World Ends With You video game. The anime adaptation was originally revealed through The World Ends With You's Twitter account, with additional information coming from Anime Expo Lite 2020. Tetsuya Nomura (TWEWY, Final Fantasy) is on board as the Creative Producer, so the character design may look familiar.

The World Ends with You Animation follows Neku as he finds himself in the middle of Shibuya's bustling Scramble Crossing with no memory of how he got there. As an unwilling participant in the "Reaper's Game," Neku finds himself partnering up with a girl named Shiki to survive. They gradually uncover the mistery of this twisted game by completing missions and defeating monsters known as "Noise." Will they survive the Reaper's Game?

What did you think of the new trailer? Will you be watching The World Ends with You Animation next month? Sound off below!
