The wait is finally over! Golden Kamuy's fourth anime season has finally begun airing brand-new episodes after an unavoidable delay and a string of episodes starting from the very beginning that were previously aired. It was recently reported that Episode 7, which will premiere tonight in Japan, will include two new faces, both of which have an eerie quality about them.

Hitoshi Nanba, the previous chief director of Golden Kamuy at Geno Studio, is being replaced by Shizutaka Sugahara (Grimms Notes the Animation), who will take over as the chief director of Golden Kamuy at the studio Brain's Base. Golden Kamuy is based on the manga written by Satoru Noda. Noboru Takagi will continue to compose the series composition for the show, while Takumi Yamakawa, who directed animation for five episodes of To Your Eternity, will now be in charge of character design.
