The official website for the My Hero Academia TV anime has released new concept art for two new characters joining the cast for season 2.
The first student is "
Neito Monoma, a student from U.A.'s class 1-B whose "Copy" Quirk allows him to use another's Quirk for five minutes after coming in contact with the original user."
Thesecond student and participant in the U.A. Sports Festival is "Ibara Shiozaki, a cool beauty from U.A.'s class 1-B whose "Vines" Quirk allows her to grow and use vines."
The second season of My Hero Academia kicks off this April, anchoring an incredibly solid Spring season that includes Berserk season 2, the premiere of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, Blood, Blockade Battlefront season 2 and the long awaited second season of Attack on Titan.
The My Hero Academia manga was launched in September 2014 and currently has 11 published volumes, with two more slated for February and April The story arc breakdowns in the manga are as follows---

Mankind has developed superpowers known as "Quirks" with 80% of the population having some kind of superpower. These new abilities see the rise of both superheroes and villains. A prestigious school known as the The Hero Academy trains superpowered hopefuls into the heroes the world needs. Middle school student Izuku Midoriya wants to be a hero more than anything, but he's part the 20% without a Quirk. Unwilling to give up his dream, he plans to take the exam and be accepted into a high school for budding heroes. Through a series of serendipitous events, he catches the eye of the greatest hero, All Might, who agrees to train him.
