It's official! The Quintessential Quintuplets by Negi Haruba will be adapted into a TV anime series called Go! Go! Loser Ranger! Since the series' debut in December 2022, Yostar Pictures, an anime company, has made announcements on Twitter about overseeing the series' animation development.
The official website of the new anime, which was also announced by the animation studio, stated that Keiichiro Ochi, who wrote the series composition for The Quintessential Quintuplets, will also write the series composition for this new anime.

The Go! Go! Loser Ranger! TV anime will be directed by Tiger & Bunny's Keiichi Sato, though no premiere date or additional cast members have been made public yet. Manga by Negi Haruba is published in English by Kodansha Comics.
