The official social channels for the Dangers in My Heart TV anime adaptation have stated that the series would continue with a second season set for January 2024 in the same NUMAnimation programming block, following the airing of the concluding episode of the first season in Japan!

Anime studio Shin-Ei Animation's Dangers in My Heart is directed by Hiroaki Akagi (Teasing Master Takagi-san), with character designs by Masato Katsumata (The Quintessential Quintuplets 2), series composition by Jukki Hanada (Bloom Into You), and music by Kensuke Ushio (Liz and the Blue Bird, A Silent Voice). It started on April 2, 2023, and is currently available on HIDIVE.
