During the Fate/Grand Order panel at Anime Expo 2023 that took place over July 4th weekend, Aniplex of America announced that TYPE-MOON’s reimagining of their classic visual novel Tsukihime, titled TSUKIHIME - A piece of blue glass moon - will receive a global release in 2024! The remake will feature upgraded graphics, a full voiceover, and a rewritten narrative by the original creator Kinoko Nasu.
Fans of TYPE-MOON will quickly recognize popular characters including Arcueid Brunestud, Ciel, Shiki Tohno, and others who have been featured in MELTY BLOOD: TYPE LUMINA the popular fighting game based on Tsukihime.

Tsukihime follows the story of Shiki Tohno, a high school student who begins to see 'lines of death' after suffering an accident as a child.
