MADE IN ABYSS Anime Gets New Trailer And Posters For Season 2

Critically-acclaimed Made in Abyss anime adaptation is getting ready for its much-anticipated second season with new trailer and posters!

The first English subtitled trailer for the much-anticipated second season of Made in Abyss has hit and it's bound to get fans of the critically-acclaimed anime excited! We also have two posters to share that look amazing as well!

Made in Abyss is based upon the manga of the same name, which was written and illustrated by Akihito Tsukushi. The anime is directed by Masayuki Kojima (Monster) and animated at studio Kinema Citrus. Scripts for the anime were written by Hideyuki Jurata and music created by Kevin Penkin (The Rising of the Shield Hero).

The first season of the anime adaaptation aired in July of 2017 to critical acclaim. It was promply followed by two compilation films and Made in Abyss: Dawn of the Deep, Soul, a sequel to the first film.

Made in Abyss follows the adventures of Riko, an orphan girl who dreams of becoming a Delver like her mother and to solve the mysteries of the "Abyss" the last unexplored place in the world that's full of strange and wonderful creatures and relics.

The Made in Abyss voice cast includes Hiroaki Hirata (One Piece), Yuka Terasaki (Kiznaiver), Mitsuki Saiga (Princess Jellyfish), Miyu Tomiata (We Never Learn: BOKUBEN), Mariya Ise (The Promised Neverland), and Shiori Izawa (The Asterisk War). New to the cast for the second season is Misaki Kuno (The Seven Deadly Sins) who will be voicing Faputa who is pictured in the first poster below.
