Tribe Nine is an ambitious project, to say the least. Really, the term "projects" should be used in reference to the franchise as it encompasses multiple media platforms and has so since the title's inception.
A webtoon and an RPG smartphone game were only the first two portions of Tribe Nine, and now the third has been announced by Funimation. So officially, an anime series is not only in the works, but there is already a release date set for the project.
Those excited to experience the "extreme baseball" style anime only have a few short months to wait as the series will be debuting on Funimation in January of 2022. In the meantime, the image below features the cast of characters that will lead the story.
