The Eternal Boys anime franchise has published a primary trailer that runs for a duration of thirty seconds for its next special episode titled Eternal Boys NEXT STAGE, which is scheduled to be shown in cinemas in Japan on June 9. This new episode focuses on their three new obstacles, which include Japanese television dramas, variety programs, and Japan's national singing show. The new song by the band titled "Red Line" is also presented in the trailer.

Theatergoers who attend a performance during the first two weeks will get miniature coloring papers with freshly produced pictures by the original character creator, ma2.

An early screening of Eternal Boys NEXT STAGE will take place on June 2 at 18:50 (Japan Standard Time) at the Shinjuku Piccadilly Theater in Tokyo. This screening will come before the film is shown in theaters. Additionally, Daisuke Hirakawa (Kentaro Sanada), Jun Fukuyama (Haru Asai), and Nozomu Sasaki (Makoto Kakizaki), three of the most prominent voice actors from the anime, will make an appearance on the stage.

From October 2022 through March 2023, the original TV anime series Eternal Boys, which centered on the activities of an idol group consisting of six men in their forties, ran for a total of 24 episodes on HIDIVE. The series is currently available to watch online.
