It has now been confirmed that Power Rangers Dino Fury will premiere on February 20 on Nickelodeon. Check out the new footage below which also confirms that it will air on 8AM est/pst.
While it's exciting to finally have a premiere date for Dino Fury, the 8AM timeslot is a bit worrying. It will be difficult for the show to secure favorable TV ratings at such an early time on Saturday morning. Hopefully there will be a second airing of the show later in the morning or on another day.
Power Rangers Dino Fury uses battle footage from Kishiryū Sentai Ryūsoulger, the 43rd installment in Toei's long-running Super Sentai series. The show will also mark the fourth time dinosaurs have been used as a central theme following the original 1993 Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, 2004's Dino Thunder and 2015's Dino Charge.
Dino Fury will succeed Power Rangers Beast Morphers, which premiered on Nickelodeon on March 2, 2019. The show concluded its two-season run on December 12, 2020.
In Power Rangers Dino Fury, an army of powerful alien beings is unleashed on Earth, threatening life as we know it, and a brand-new team of Power Rangers, fueled by the pre-historic power of the dinosaurs, are recruited to deal with the threat. The Power Rangers Dino Fury release date is set for Saturday, February 20, at 8 a.m. ET/PT on Nickelodeon.
