The Love After World Domination anime, an adaptation of Hiroshi Noda and Takahiro Wakamatsu's manga of the same name, made its Japanese TV debut over the weekend and a brand new trailer was released to celebrate the broadcast (included below). The trailer includes much more of the series, as well as the ending theme song "Koi wa Sekai Teiri to Tomo ni (Love Alongside World Proposition)" performaed by DIALOGUE+.
The anime series is produced by Project No. 9 and directed by Kazuya Iwata. Satoru Sugizawa is writing scripts, with Akemi Kobayashi handling character design. Satoshi Hōno and Ryūnosuke Kasai are writing music, with Pony Canyon and App Dream producing it.
Love After World Domination is a romantic comedy that follows Gecko, the leader of an evil organization, and the leader of the Gelato 5 heroes as they become entangled in a forbidden romance between sworn enemies.
The two sworn enemies turned lovers, will be voiced by Ikumi Hasegawa (How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom) and Yusuke Kobayashi (The Heroic Legend of Arslan, Dr. STONE). The other cast members include Chafurin (Higurashi: When They Cry - GOU), Tomokazu Sugita (Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation), and Hiroki Yasumoto (One-Punch Man).
Crunchyroll is set to stream the superhero rom-com now that the anime has made its Japanese TV debut.
One spring day, a young, innocent couple sits side by side in a field.
