Funimation has announced that the anime adaptation of Love After World Domination will be officially available via their streaming service next year (2022)!
The Love After World Domination is based upon the manga of the same name by Noda Hiroshi and Takahiro Wakamatsu. The series follows the exploits and relationship of Fudo Aikawa and Desumi Magahara, the leaders of heroic and villainous organizations, but on seperate sides.
The anime series voice cast includes Ikumi Hasegawa (How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom) as Desumi and Yusuke Kobayashi (The Heroic Legend of Arslan, Dr. STONE) as Fudou.
The Love After World Domination anime adaptation is from studio Project No.9 (Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki, Higehiro: After Being Rejected, I Shaved and Took in a High School Runaway). Kazuya Iwata (Cute Executive Officer) is directing. Satoru Sugizawa is writing, Akemi Kobayashi is over character design.
The Love After World Domination manga series, written by Hiroshi Noda and illustrated by Takahiro Wakamatsu, was originally serialized in Kodansha's Monthly Shōnen Magazine in October of 2019. It has been collected into three tankōbon volumes as of April of this year (2021).
The anime adaptation was first announced in Monthly Shōnen Magazine's April 2021 issue.
