Though the Winter 2023 anime season is going strong, it's time to turn our attention to the Spring 2023 anime season as more previews and key visuals from the upcoming anime season will be released in the coming weeks. One such anime, My One-Hit Kill Sister, has revealed a new key visual, along with confirmation that it will premiere in Japan on April 8. Crunchyroll has already confirmed that it will simulcast the series as it airs in Japan.
Konoe began the web novel Isekai One Turn Kill Nee-san: Ane Dōhan no Isekai Seikatsu Hajimemashita in December 2019 before teaming with artist Kenji Taguchi for a web manga adaptation in March 2020. Relatively new anime studio Gekkō will be producing the series, with The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated! episode director Hiroaki Takagi serving as series director.
The official Twitter account also announced that the all-girl, virtual group, VALIS will perform the show's ED "Mukyū Platonic" (Forever Platonic) while the all-girl j-pop group TrySail (who are also all voice actresses) performs the anime's OP theme song "Karei One Turn" (Splendid One Turn)
