Naruto's upcoming 20th anniversary celebration starts early thanks to some new artwork for the Boruto: Naruto Next Generations anime!

Naruto is getting ready to celebrate its 20th anniversary next year, and the official Twitter account has released a new poster for Boruto: Naruto Next Generations to begin the celebration early!

It's also been announced that Boruto: Naruto Next Generations will be getting its theme song artist shakeup soon with Naruto veterans FLOW and Anly as they take over the anime's opening and ending songs next month (January).

The Boruto: Naruto Next Generations anime is based upon the Japanese manga series written by Ukyō Kodachi and Masashi Kishimoto. It is illustrated by Mikio Ikemoto. Boruto is a spin-off series and sequel to Kishimoto's Naruto, which follows Naruto Uzumaki's son, Boruto Uzumaki, and his fellow ninjas. Unlike the manga, the anime serves as a prequel set before Boruto and his friends become ninjas.
