GKIDS has announced that Neon Genesis Evangelion will be avaialble on Blu-ray for the first time ever in North America, thanks to upcoming Neon Genesis Evangelion: Ultimate Edition set!
The Neon Genesis Evangelion: Ultimate Edition will include all 26 of the episodes from the original anime television series, as well as two Evangelion films - Evangelion: Death (True) and The End of Evangelion. It will also include limited edition artwork, bonus classic dub and subtitled versions, 156-page book including posters, artwork, glossary and more, art boards, Sachiel Resin paperwieght, and a NERV ID card and lanyard.
The limited edition set is being limited to 5,000 copies for North America and will be available exclusively through the GKIDS store. They are limiting copies to one per customer and currently have it available for pre-order (CLICK HERE!). The Neon Genesis Evangelion: Ultimate Edition set will land on December 8, 2021 for $274.99.
