After many years, the Bleach TV anime series is now available on blu-ray, with the first set on sale now. Containing 27-uncut episodes, viewers can relive the series in glorious high-def resolution, with audio options for subtitled Japanese or the English-dub.  The suggested  MSRP is $54.97 U.S. / $63.99 CAN.

Charlene Ingram, VIZ Media Sr. Marketing Manager of Animation stated, “Fans have eagerly anticipated the release of BLEACH on Blu-ray, and this summer we invite them to expand their personal anime collections with the release of the first set of this riveting series."

It was recently announced that Tite Kubo would be ending the Bleach manga very soon.  Perhaps Studio Pierrot will resume the anime or maybe even start fresh a la Fullmetal Alchemist and Fullmetal Alchemsit: Brotherhood?
