DrMaster set to launch 'JUNK'

DrMaster will launch Kia Asamiya's JUNK: Record of the Lost Hero in August. The series will appear in the traditional $9.95, 200-page format. The material began appearing in Japan in early 2004.

The story concerns a high school student who gets his hand on a powered armor JUNK suit that gives him incredible strength, speed, and agility. His goals, however, have less to do with saving the world than with getting revenge on the bullies that have been tormenting him.


Asamiya has worked on everything from Silent Mobius to Batman, and is well known in the States.
