The unrelenting battle between humans and dragons will be hitting its climax this September, when the first episode of the television anime adaptation of the manga series Ragna Crimson by Daiki Kobayashi will air. A fresh new teaser was published today giving details on when and where the anime will be airing, and the film also revealed the arrival of two more cast members who are prepared to take up the cause of the dark fantasy!
Here are the new cast members joining Ragna Crimson:
- Reina Ueda (Kanao Tsuyuri in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba) as Ultimatia
- Takehito Koyasu (DIO in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean) as Grymwelte

Ragna Crimson is being directed by Ken Takahashi (Fate/kaleid liner PrismaIllya 3rei!! ), with characters drawn by Shimpei Aoki (key animator on Fate/kaleid liner PrismaIllya), and texts written by Deko Akao (Komi Can't Communicate). Ragna Crimson is being produced by SILVER LINK. The broadcast adaptation of the television anime is slated to begin on September 30, and Sentai Filmworks will begin streaming it internationally.

Dragons reign terror over the earth, sea and sky. If sworn dragon hunters like Ragna are to have any hope of dealing death to these seemingly invincible, fire-breathing beasts, they must find a way to level the odds. Ragna teams up with a mysterious man named Crimson who has likewise sworn to stand against the dragons menacing the world. But although Crimson’s motivations may be mysterious, his goal and Ragna’s perfectly align, and together they’ll fight to vanquish the dragons once and for all.
