The connection between Kyko and Miku, two high school classmates, is the focus of the manga. Kyko is unsure about how to react or what to do when Miku proclaims her love to him. While assuring her that she is under no obligation to respond right away, Miku asks Kyko whether she would be open to dating with each other at least until graduation, letting Kyko to make the final decision.

In October 2019, Yoshitomi published the manga on Hero's Inc.'s Flat Heros (later Comiplex) website. In August 2022, Hero's Inc. released the third compilation book volume for the manga.

Meiky Biyori (Labyrinth Weather), a manga by Yoshitomi, will be finished in December 2022. In April 2022, Yoshitomi also put an end to his 24-ku no Hanako-san (Hanako in the 24th Ward) manga.

In Kodansha's Monthly Shonen Sirius magazine, Yoshitomi's Eat-Man The Main Dish manga debuted in May 2014 and ran through June 2019. For the series, Kodansha issued six volumes.

From 1996 through 2002, Yoshitomi drew the Eat-Man manga in its original form. Bolt Crank, a character in the story, is a man who can replicate anything he eats in his right hand. In 1997 and 1998, anime versions of the original manga were released. Eat-Man '98 was published on DVD by Bandai Entertainment with an English dub, and both anime were released on DVD by Discotek Media with English subtitles.

Yoshitomi's Ray manga was published by ADV Manga, while Section23 Films produced the Blue Drop anime and the Ray television show, both of which were based on the same-named manga by Yoshitomi. The manga version of the Cyborg 009 Vs. Devilman crossover anime, Cyborg 009 Vs. Devilman: Breakdown, was also illustrated by Yoshitomi. In April 2016, the single compiled volume was released.
