A new sport is about to be introduced to the anime fanbase, and it is one that not many have ever heard of! Kabaddi is a hands-on sport that involves taking and breaking defenses and is the focal point of hte titular manga Burning Kabaddi. Created by Hajime Musashino, the series follows an ex-soccer player who finds a passion in this intense sport that started in India.
Over the past couple of weeks, cast members have been continuously added to the series, and the roster of the team the viewers will follow is slowly beginning to fill. While the series is still many months away, the casting news has never stopped.
The latest addition to hte cast has been announced to be Tatsuhisa Suzuki, who will be giving a voice to Kyohei Mizusumi! Mizusumi is described as a reformed delinquent who plays Kabaddi to keep back the demons of his past, perhaps.

The manga's story centers on first-year high school student Tatsuya Yoigoshi, a former ace soccer player who dislikes sports. He gets invited to join a team for the contact sport kabaddi. He scoffs at the idea at first but becomes interested after watching a kabaddi practice.
