We have some exciting new updates for the new anime My Home Hero! The series just released new visuals along with updated cast member information!
Here's a list of the new characters and their descriptions with their new visuals from the anime's official website:
Tetsuo Tosu
A 47 year old salesman for a toy company. His hobbies including reading and writing detective novels. He has a daughter named Reika, who is the center of his world.
Kasen Tosu
Is 41 years old and married to Tetsuo.
Reika Tosu
Is the only daughter of the Tosu family and a first-year university student. She lives with her abusive boyfriend, which she tries to conceal from her family. Unbeknownst to her, she has become the heir to a large amount of inheritance from her Tosu family, which puts a target on her back by a group known as Nobuto.
Kyoichi Majima
Is a year old member of a half-gray organization. He is known for his ability to pick-pocket and eavesdrop and is a trusted member of the organization due to his ability to remain calm in hard situations. When Nobuto Asatori goes missing, he suspects the Tosu family, and monitors them constantly.
Yoshitatsu Asatori
Is 47 years old and Nobuto's father. He is known for being a fraudster and smooth talker.
Nobuto Asatori
Is 20 years old, and is Reika's abusive boyfriend. He belongs to a half-gray organization and is very violent towards women (has a history of beating two of his past girlfriends to death). He knows about the inheritance of the Tosu family, and approaches Reika about it.
Sound
She is known for being Nobuto's lover. Previously worked at a cabaret club. She knows his secrets that even the organization doesn't know.
Hollow
Is the leader of the half-gray organization. Originally a freelance assassin, he excels in martial arts and weapon handling. He is a calm and rational thinker, which helps him be such a powerful leader within the organization.
Shino
Is the head of the half gray organization that Kubo, Kyoichi, and Nobuto belong to. He is a powerful "figure in the shadows" and reports to a gangster.
Takeda
A heavy smoking member of the half-gray organization. Ordered to lead search for Nobuto on behalf of Kyoichi after initial failed attempt.
Satoshi Tabata
An Action Actor. Known for gambling and his obsession with money.
In the movie My Home Hero, Tetsuo Tosu, a middle-aged working man, gets caught up in the criminal underworld, after mistakenly killing his daughter's violent gangster boyfriend. The teaser for Tezuka Productions' April 2023 release on Crunchyroll shows Tetsuo backed into a position and forced to use all measures necessary to defend his family. The unpredictably unpredictable psychological thriller series is based on the manga of the same name, which was written by Naoki Yamakawa and illustrated by Masashi Asaki.
