ATTACK ON TITAN: The Final Season Of The Anime Is Coming To Toonami

With the final season of Attack on Titan hitting the airwaves, Toonami has confirmed that the final season will be releasing on the channel! Hit the jump for more information!

With a new year come new changes; no other channel on television knows this more than Toonami. Praised for airing some of the best and latest anime, Toonami opens up multiple avenues for viewers to be exposed to various anime genres. While the programming block has been around since the early 2000s, the block had a resurgence on Adult Swim a few years back.

What has kept Toonami so popular, now, is how they always keep their lineup up to date with new dubbed seasons and the inclusion of brand new series. One of the newest shows that will be coming to Toonami will be SSSS. Gridman!  However, a much more highly anticipated series will be bringing in the new year on the program.

Thanks to the official Toonami Facebook, it has been confirmed that the final season of Attack on Titan will begin airing on Toonami in January! With a 12:30 am time slot, the final season of AoT will surely become a huge hit for fans and viewers and will no doubt be a great way to ring in the new year.

Attack on Titan is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Hajime Isayama. It is set in a world where humanity lives inside cities surrounded by enormous walls that protect them from gigantic man-eating humanoids referred to as Titans; the story follows Eren Yeager, who vows to exterminate the Titans after a Titan brings about the destruction of his hometown and the death of his mother.
