While the anime adaptation of Kaiju No. 8 only recently hit the small screen, the manga that it is based on continues to expand on the stories through various spin-offs. The latest spin-off was revealed by Comicbook.com and will arrive this summer.
Although Kaiju No. 8 is known for its giant monster battles, part of what makes the anime and manga so popular is its ability to inject humor into the storytelling. To that end, the new spin-off, titled Kaiju No. 8: Relax, will focus on our heroes while they enjoy their time off.
Kaiju No. 8: Relax will make its debut on June 4th in Weekly Shonen Jump. It's the third spin-off for the manga, joining the likes of Kaiju No. 8: Exclusive on The Third and Kaiju No. 8: B-Side.
