Since last year, Crunchyroll has been releasing multiple new shows that are based on hit anime and Korean manhwa. Since their releases, the shows have already been considered as some of the best anime in recent years. Now, thanks to the Crunchyroll streaming service and Viz Media, fans will be able to take them home.
According to the streaming service, five new anime will be making their way to homes in both subtitled and dubbed versions. These new releases also include the recent hit JUJUTSU KAISEN. Four new Crunchyroll Originals will also be coming out that include, The God of High School, Tower of God, In/Spectre, and BURN THE WITCH.
For now, the releases will be available in both the U.S. and Canada, but there is still a chance that the shows could see a worldwide release. With over 100 million subscribers and counting, this could be the start of even more Crunchyroll shows getting a home video release.
Are there any shows you are hoping will get a home release? Will you be picking up any of the announced shows? We would love to hear your thoughts on the news in the comments below.
These hit shows will release in both subbed and dubbed versions soon.
