Satoru Noda's manga series, Golden Kamuy, released in 2014, and while the series may be very far ahead, its anime has contained to entertain its viewers who would rather watch the story unfold, for about two years now. As of now, the manga has already released 17 volumes, while the anime has completed two seasons.
This past October saw the premiere of hte show's third season, which was highly anticipated due to a two-year hiatus between seasons two and three. Now, with that wait finally over, the incredibly patient fanbase has been enjoying every twist and turn that each new episode has to offer.
While it may feel like there would be a lower amount of news to announce since the series has already come out, the show's creators continue to surprise by adding more and more cast members into the fold. The latest addition, Kimiko Saito (Soul Calibur III), has been added to voice Sofia, the revolutionary guerilla organization leader. Saito has expressed that she has been a fan since the beginning, owning all of the books and being an avid watcher, and while she had issues with the Russian dialogue, she will give all her emotion to the role.
