Acro Trip is based on Chizuko Date who lives in a city in Niigata Prefecture and she is obsessed with a magical girl named Berry Blossom. Berry Blossom is the protector of the city, but the evil organization Fossa Magna's leader, Chroma, is not very strong and capable, so no one really cares about their battles anymore. Chizuko wants to highlight the heroic deeds of Berry Blossom and so she goes on a journey that takes her through a strange and dark path filled with unusual characters.
Acro Trip is an upcoming TV series based on a popular Japanese manga. The series is being directed by Ayumu Kotake at studio Voil. Shinichi Inozume is responsible for overseeing the storytelling for the series, and Toshie Kawamura has created the character designs. The music is being composed by a group called TECHNOBOYS PULCRAFT GREEN-FUND. The series was originally announced in 2022 and is set to premier later this year!
