Gintama is one of the most beloved and entertaining manga and anime for at least a decade. Since its release, there have been countless volumes, seasons, and films based on the characters of the hit story.
Recently, the manga concluded its printed run with a finale that made every fan of the series not only satisfied but happy. Now, the characters' animated versions will be taking their own final bow with Gintama: The Final.
The last film in the series is described as taking elements from the manga finale but largely introducing its own elements. A brand new trailer has recently released that showcases the film's theme song, "Wadachi" (Tracks) by SPYAIR, and some more new footage of the highly anticipated finale.
There is still a lot left to see ahead of its January premiere but rest assured, the creators of the film will make sure that the wait was well worth it. We would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below, and don't forget to check out the new video!
