VIZ Media recently announced that TERRAFORMARS, the action-packed anime series about humanoid cockroaches from Mars, goes on sale tomorrow in the form of a Blu-ray/DVD combo pack--the new norm for those of us who still like to buy and collect physical discs. The price is set at an MSRP of $59.99 in the US, and $69.99 in Canada.
TERRAFORMARS takes place in the not too distance future where citizens of Earth are suffering from an incurable plague. Their solution? Terra form Mars. Unfortunately, when Earth's team of genetically modified humans reaches the red planet, they encounter huge humanoid cockroaches hellbent on disrupting their colonization plans and exterminating the human menace.
