Kafka Asagiri and Sango Harukawa's Bungo Stray Dogs initially premiered in 2012 in the pages of Kadokawa Shoten's Young Ace magazine. Since its release, the franchise has had not just spin-off manga but also a hugely successful anime.
Now, a comedy spin-off by the name of Bungo Stray Dogs Wan! has been confirmed to get a similar anime treatment much like the original show; however, this one will be played much more for laughs. In the past, the only thing that had been confirmed for the show was the official announcement, but now, there is even more news that has been announced!
According to the show's site, three new voices will be joining the cast, and their character models have also been released. From left to right Ranpo Edogawa, Kenji Miyazawa, and Akiko Yosano will be voiced by Hiroshi Kamiya, Hiroyuki Kagura, and Yu Shimamura respectively.
The new show seems to spare no expense when it comes to talent, and that means that the fun upon release will be very evident. Make sure to share your thoughts on the new voices and designs in the comments below!
