Since 1969, the Doraemon franchise has been capturing the hearts and minds of children in Japan with the character's whimsical adventures and important lessons. One of the aspects of the franchise that has been doing very well has been the long-running film series that continues to release movies based on the character event today!
Doraemon centers around a robotic cat from the future who time travels back in time to help a young boy named Nobita. The bond that he shares with him is potentially one of the strongest in pulp culture and has stayed that way for decades. Recently, during the slew of new films that were released for the franchise, it was confirmed that a remake of the 1985 film Doraemon: Nobita no Little Star Wars was also going to be released!
To celebrate the upcoming release of the new movie, which follows Nobita and Doraemon as they try to help a small alien visitor who is trying to keep his new friends away from a war that has been brought to Earth. The 41st film in the franchise has also gotten a new trailer released for it, ahead of its 2021 premiere.
